THE TREATMENT
A thin laser fibre,
working beneath the
skin
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment for skin laxity. A very fine optical fibre — a fraction of a millimetre wide — is introduced beneath the skin through a micro-entry point, delivering targeted laser energy to the tissue from the inside.
01 Local anaesthetics
The treatment area is numbed. There is no need for sedation or general anaesthetic.
02 Fibre insertion
A micro-cannula introduces the laser fibre through a single small entry point per area.
03 Sub-dermal energy delivery
Laser energy is delivered directly beneath the skin, heating tissue to trigger immediate contraction and longer-term collagen remodelling.
04 Recovery
Most patients return to normal activity the same or next day, with mild swelling the most common side effect.

Before your consultation
Is Endolift the same as a facelift?
No. Endolift is a non-surgical, laser-based treatment for skin tightening. It does not remove excess skin the way surgery can, so candidacy depends on the degree of laxity — this is assessed at consultation.
How many sessions are typically needed?
This varies by area and the degree of laxity present, and will be discussed and confirmed during your consultation rather than promised in advance. Typically, only one session is required.
When do results appear?
Some tightening is visible soon after treatment from the immediate thermal effect, with continued improvement over the following months as collagen remodelling progresses.
What does recovery involve?
Most patients experience mild swelling or tenderness at the entry point and resume normal activities quickly. Specific aftercare is provided at your appointment.
Am I a candidate?
