DR. NEMA'S SIGNATURE TECHNIQUE

Nema-Lift

TYPICAL DURATION OF LIFT

Nema-Lift is the technique Dr. Nema has spent six years mastering. Built on more than 1,500 Endolift treatments, it pairs laser-assisted contouring beneath the skin with CO₂ resurfacing on its surface — so the structure of the jawline and neck is tightened, and the skin covering it is renewed, in a single, minimally invasive plan. The aim is a lift that lasts, and a result that still looks like you.

How it works

STRUCTURE, THEN SURFACE

BENEATH THE SKIN

Endolift

A fine laser fibre is introduced beneath the skin, delivering controlled heat to the deeper tissue. This tightens lax skin and stimulates collagen, sharpening the jawline and neck without surgical incisions.

ON THE SURFACE

CO₂ resurfacing

A fractional CO₂ laser renews the skin's surface in a fine dot-matrix pattern, stimulating new collagen and improving texture, fine lines, and overall tightness across the face and neck.

Areas treated

FROM THE JAWLINE TO THE WHOLE FACE AND NECK

DEFINITION

Definition

Sharpens a softening jawline and reduces early jowling by tightening the tissue beneath it.

TIGHTENING

Neck

Addresses laxity and crepey texture in the neck, an area that often shows age before the face does.

SKIN QUALITY

Overall face and neck

Firms and smooths skin across the lower face and neck, treating both tightness and surface texture together.

Why combine them

WHAT EACH DOES ALONE, AND TOGETHER

ENDOLIFT ALONE

Structure

Tightens and contours from within. Does less for surface texture and fine lines.

CO₂ ALONE

Surface

Renews texture and tone. Works at the skin's surface rather than the deeper tissue beneath.

NEMA-LIFT

Both, in one plan

Addresses lift and skin quality together, rather than across two separate treatment courses.

Who it's for

A QUICK SELF-CHECK BEFORE YOUR CONSULTATION

OFTEN A GOOD FIT

  • Early-to-moderate jawline or neck laxity

  • Skin texture or fine lines alongside loss of definition

  • Wanting a lasting lift without a surgical facelift

  • Looking for a natural result, not a dramatic change

WORTH FLAGGING AT CONSULTATION

  • Significant skin excess, which may be better suited to surgery

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • A history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring

  • Darker skin types, where CO₂ settings need careful adjustment

  • Use of isotretinoin within the past 6–12 months

Recovery

WHAT TO EXPECT AS THE TREATMENT SETTLES

FIRST FEW DAYS

Swelling and redness

Combining both treatments typically means more swelling and downtime than either alone. This is expected, not a complication.

FIRST 1–2 WEEKS

Surface healing

Peeling or crusting from the CO₂ component settles over this period, while deeper tightening from Endolift begins quietly beneath it.

1–3 MONTHS

Tightening builds

Collagen remodelling continues well after the skin looks healed, so definition and firmness improve gradually.

ONGOING

Daily sun protection

SPF 30+ daily for at least three months protects your result and reduces the risk of pigment changes while the skin renews.

DR. NEMA'S APPROACH

"I built Nema-Lift because tightening the jawline and restoring the skin's texture were always two separate appointments. They shouldn't be."

Common questions

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Is Nema-lift surgery?

No. It is minimally invasive: Endolift uses a fine laser fibre rather than surgical incisions, and CO₂ resurfacing works on the skin's surface. Dr. Nema will tell you at consultation if your degree of laxity is better suited to a surgical option.

How long do the results last?

Nema-Lift is designed to deliver a lift lasting around 3–5 years. Individual results vary with skin quality, age, lifestyle, and sun exposure, and ageing continues after treatment.

Why combine Endolift with CO₂ resurfacing?

Endolift tightens from beneath the skin; CO₂ resurfacing renews its surface. Combining them addresses both lift and skin quality in one plan rather than two separate courses of treatment.

How much downtime should I plan for?

Expect swelling and redness for the first few days and surface peeling over one to two weeks. Many patients plan around ten days before feeling comfortable socially. Dr. Nema will give you a personal estimate at consultation.
